Hard tio say what the impact really is. I remember reading a study by (mind control expert) Dr. Michael Persinger on the effects of taurine (an amino acid, constituent of proteins and ingredient of energy drinks) on the "defecation score" of rats. As to negative health effects, I know one person in particular, a victim of terrible abuse as a child. Made them very sick gastrointestinally. But they craved it. ????
