Here's an example of not consenting to a verbal offer of contract.

Census (aka Night of the living dead) reps. knocked on my door. I told them they were trespassing and to move outside the gate.

I followed them and the following exchange ensued:
"We have a census form for you to fill out"

Thank you for your offer, but no, thanks.

"Then you need to fill out a refusal note"

Thank you for your offer, but no, thanks.

"Have a nice day" and left.

Most of you have never driven in your life. Driver is an occupation. To be a driver you'd have to carry goods or passengers on state roads, for fee.
