JR, yes, he pleaded not guilty. Receives all rights and entitlements, sends letters out to his supporters, one letter was put on the internet as he promoted himself. For the powers that be to even let him is either down to intent, incompetence, or indifference. Which ever one, it shows they can't be that too concerned about him.
