Preparedness is great. I do it. But we are under attack right now. We don't have to wait. Our food is useless. Our water is poisoned. Our environment is unhealthy. Our medicines have side effects. Our vaccines cause side effects. Our communities are war zones. Our jobs are outsourced.
What can we do to combat the daily assault upon our health and well-being?
A lot of confusion exists out there on what is good and what is bad. The 'authorities' continue to reverse themselves on which what's are how. Most recently, I saw a news segment: "People who sleep longer may have higher stroke risk" -People who sleep more than the recommended eight hours a night have a 46 percent higher chance of having a stroke than those who sleep six to eight hours per night, according to a new study.
Now, isn't it JUST possible that those people have a third as-of-yet unidentified root problem that is causing both the increased risk for stroke AND the tendency to sleep longer? Did that thought ever cross their brains?
As long as our government (at every level), our news media, our educational system, our health care system, and so on, are under the control of greedy, corrupt psychopaths, we cannot trust anything that those in 'authority' say. Part of the bigger picture that I see that a lt of other people argue with me about, is that they intentionally put out disinformation and wrong information so as to keep us in the dark about what the truth is and, parenthetically, to keep us off balance to the point that we don't even trust ourselves. We are no longer capable of differentiating truth from fiction. Our foundational awareness is built on an etch-a-sketch and they keep shaking it clear.
We do the best we can. Grow what food we can, make the healthiest choices, avoid as much of the unhealthy things we can. We teach our families and others.
We fight like hell against the ones perpetrating the harm.
