For those of you who don't know us yet, Gab is a social network with a mission to empower individuals w

th the tools they need to create and shape their own experience and to defend free speech for everyone. We believe human beings are born of reason, a free mind and of sound cognition. We refuse to infantilize our users and treat them as juveniles like other social networking sites do. We are committed to free speech and expression. Some of our tools include the ability to mute words, phrases, hashtags, and other users they might perceive as undesirable.

Gab’s policy is to follow all applicable laws in The United States of America, the Constitution and the Supreme Court’s rulings on the First Amendment. We use the Court’s rulings, precedents and judgments as our guiding principles for protecting and empowering free speech and expression.

We welcome /r/altright and anyone else who wishes to speak freely online without fear of censorship or corporate babysitting.

Gab is still in early beta testing, but for tonight only we will be sending out invites to everyone who signs up for our waiting list. Simply add your email to it and expect an email invite to arrive shortly after at some point tonight.

For now we have an awesome web app, but have been working hard amidst double standards from Apple to get our iOS app ... We will also have an Android app shortly as well as live-streaming.

We will not stand by and watch the Silicon Valley sultans continue with their censorship crusade against the global rise of populism led by patriots around the globe. Please join us in making social media great again.
