One of the reasons California is in drought mode, they rerouted a fresh water river into the ocean. That river provided water for Imperial Vally one of the richest and most productive frowing regions in the world. These idiots should be shot!!!

I think to scarper off to a non -English speaking country like Brazil could pose unforeseen language complications in a relocation move for a better life. If people are forced out of their country then it's only fitting that they should $pay$ to leave for a nicer more beautiful place. I know it's rare for an oppressor to even give you a free trip to town let alone anything else but once in a blue moon are more glorious opportunity turns up. If you do see anything come up in the paper check out drone footage of the location first to make sure it's up to Your expectations and approval before excepting any money from the them. Only go for somewhere nicer than your own location, English speaking, a reasonable exchange rate for the dollar, similar culture, and friendly like mined people like yourself and the elite pay you to do it, could pave the way for a successful outcome.

It's amazing that people just refuse to see the obvious.  The reality is that they live in a desert.  I've seen articles suggesting diverting water from the Mississippi River.  The drought-parched West wants to take Mississippi River water? No ...)
