I work hard so that my children can eat;
Due to the economic crisis I have to worry about where they will sleep;
We've been dealt a bad hand, and all our government can think about is a new bail out plan;
You want to stimulate the economy with money that does not exist, this country is already in massive debt but still they insist;
I work hard so that I can some day retire and reap the fruits of my labor, but now I'm told to put on the shackles and chains;
I'll be working till my body is lifeless and drained;
I'm supposed to save my money when the value of the dollar is about to fall flat;
My children and I have to suffer so that some bankers pocket can stay fat;
I refuse to give in, I refuse to be a slave working for peanuts till I see myself in the grave;
How am i supposed to pave a a future for my children when my children s children s children s children etc... will have to pay off my governments debt;
Stand for what you believe in, we were granted civil liberties and freedoms and yet we fail to ensure that we know these freedoms;
Open your eyes before it's too late;
Generation debt live long and fight before it's too late;
