Yep, another day, another retarded PC statement. 

That's like saying that everyone should get a drivers license because it discriminates against those that can't drive safely. 

There is a perfectly legitimate and logical reason why people aren't hired if they lack the skills to do the job. It's because they can't do the job that is required of them! If another person is able to do the job it is not discrimination! It is most likely because that person took it upon themselves to acquire the skills necessary so that he would be worthy of being hired by someone, instead of sitting in mama's basement whining about being victimized like a worthless POS!
