In another totally illegal action by a totally illegal agency, DHS has started telling banks - in writing - that the bank's customers safety deposit boxes are NO LONGER PRIVATE and any box can be opened by a DHS agent and the contents inventoried and/or removed WITHOUT THE CUSTOMER'S PERMISSION OR KNOWLEDGE. THIS IS CALLED CONFISCATION, or if your prefer OUTRIGHT THEFT.

A circulated 100 dollar Silver Certificate is basically worth 100 Federal Reserve notes, plus minor collector value. The sentimental value that it held with you and your late husband was worth much more.
