The Georgia Democrat Party announced on SATURDAY that a handful of Georgia counties have suddenly discovered THOUSANDS of new votes that need to be counted. The Georgia Democrats say the new stash included absentee, early and election day votes.
The midterm election was four days ago.

The answer is simple. When the cops, judges, politicians, lawyers etc. are also part of the same criminal organization, the rule of law no longer applies. As far as the document being legitimate, no one has contested it's validity, including the person named in the document. It is also verifiable through the notary public.

I also saw the affidavit from Florida from the former elections worker in Broward County. It was posted on Jim Stone's website. I have a question about this. Why is this the first that we are learning of this? Why has there not been consequences in Florida from this affidavit? Was it investigated in Florida? Does the Florida governor know of this? If it is valid and it appears to be genuine why has the governor and others in Florida not mentioned it?
