Ecclesiastes 1:9, "All the things that have been are the things that shall be, and there is no new thing under the sun." Many of you may not read any further, thinking that I am just going to be some bible thumping Christian living in La-La land trying to explain why you too should join the Jesus team. But thankfully for your sake I am not. I am not a professing Christian, but i am a follower of Jesus Christ. I know you are probably wondering whats the difference, but that blog I must save for another day. Anyways, after 22 years as a devout atheist, God placed a call on my life in which he revealed Himself to me in a way I cannot explain with words. The best way to explain it is that it was similar to that of the apostle Paul's. Paul had been persecuting and killing Christians at the time of His encounter with the Lord and after He received the grace, mercy, and love of the risen Christ; all of which He knew He was most undeserving of; He gave His life to the spreading of the Gospel and placed his faith fully in Jesus Christ. I did the same. You are probably wondering why I am writing all of this; and my answer is because I want you to know where i am coming from and hopefully because of my testimony, you may be a bit more apt to listen to what I have to say regarding all that is taking place in our world today.

We are living in a strange world and many, both inside and outside of the church, believe we are living in the "end times." I would concur. The good news is that Romans 8:31 says, "If God is for us, who can be against us?" And God is for us. I can assure you of that. God is not for the apostate church, or religion, or socialist governments; but God is for those who uphold the values and morals pertaining to righteousness, love and compassion for others. He does not side with those who tell lies behind closed doors (like many in the government and church do); but instead, He promises to expose them. History repeats itself. This fact cannot be argued. In Luke 12, Jesus says, “Beware of the leaven of the Pharisees, which is hypocrisy." The Pharisees were the ruling religious party of Jesus's day and today, they still exist in both the church and the government at large. These modern day "Pharisees" use the fallacy of global warming, among other lies, to try to create a global government so that they might have power and control over the masses. This is just one of the many "man made lies that these "religious pharisees" have used to poison the minds of the people. Jesus says to beware of their "leaven" or their "man made lies". Luke 12:2 goes on to say, Nothing is covered up that will not be revealed, or hidden that will not be known. Thankfully we have a loving God who will not allow these types of lies to stay hidden but will purposefully expose them in His perfect timing (like exactly a month before the G20 meeting in Copenhagen).

Many of you may or may not be believers in Christ, but as an ambassador for His name I just ask that you welcome my input, as I seek to reveal truth to every single one of you, not to convert people to my belief system or come across as the good Christian who never does anything wrong and who is better than you; as I can assure you I am not. I love this verse as it explains exactly how i feel, 1 Timothy 1 15 says, "The saying is trustworthy and deserving of full acceptance, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners, of whom I am the foremost. I think many Christians have read right past that verse. I can promise you I was worse than any one of you but that is why gods love is so amazing. That he chose me to bring the Good News to the world. As Isaiah 61:1 says The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me, because the Lord has anointed me to bring good news to the poor; he has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted,to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to those who are bound."

Luke 12:3 goes on to say, "Therefore whatever you have said in the dark shall be heard in the light, and what you have whispered in private rooms shall be proclaimed on the housetops." I am standing on the housetop with the rest of you proclaiming to the world that this "beast government" that is "rising above many waters" will not triumph in the end. For the Lord Jesus Christ reigns. He is mighty to save. I am living proof. Matthew 10:26 says, “So have no fear of them, for nothing is covered that will not be revealed, or hidden that will not be known." Together we can open the eyes and hearts of the people and resist the tyrannical system that is being raised up all around us. God is for us!

Colossians 1;26-27 says, "To them God chose to make known, how great among the gentiles are the riches of the glory of this mystery which is, Christ in you, the hope of glory." I know that I am a Son of the Most High God, and that my Father will expose the wickedness in those around us, just as He exposed the wickedness in my own heart. He is a God who loves justice and truth and He is on our side. It is the apostate church that will be surprised to find that they are the very people Jesus spoke of when he said, “Truly, I say to you, there are some standing here who will not taste death until they see the kingdom of God after it has come with power.” More on that later.
