HIV Vaccine: Experiment to Re-engineer the Human Immune System

Since 1984, when Margaret Heckler, US Health and Human Services Secretary, predicted that an AIDS vaccine would be available in the US, pharmaceutical corporations like Merck have tried to develop the elusive and highly profitable wonder immunization.

For more than 3 decades, scientists have been working on an AIDS vaccine.

Trials conducted by Merck in 2007 actually made those who took the vaccine more susceptible to the disease. Then in 2009, human experiments in Thailand pointed drug corporations toward a powerful vaccine that utilized immune system generated antibodies as the answer to their dilemma.

New vaccines focus on tricking the human body to reject the HIV/AIDS virus by manipulating the immune system. This mutation is suspected to be able to assist the human body in identifying and neutralizing the virus.

Scientific teams from various institutions like the Scripps Research Institute, the Rockefeller University, NIAID’s Vaccine Research Center and Duke University are closely following how they can use the human body’s immune system against the array of HIV strains that keep popping up.

US government intervention with the National Institutes of Health in 2005 identified the human immunodeficiency virus as the cause of AIDS. Dr. Barton Haynes, of Duke University and director of the Center for HIV/AIDS Vaccine Immunology (CHAVI) asserted that: “We know the face of the enemy.”


Colonel Nelson Michael, director of the US Military HIV Research Program at the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research, who led the government experimentation of the RV144 trial, commented that since Merck’s vaccine trials “had a chilling effect” that uncircumcised males have an increased risk for infection prior to exposure to the vaccine. The WRAIR went into Uganda, Kenya and Tanzania to conduct human experimentation of compromising the human immune system under the cover of HIV/AIDS research for vaccination purposes.

Hayes’ research showed that vaccinated men and women developed antibodies in the region of the virus’s outer coat, which suggests that this element should be further studied.

New experimental trials will take place in Thailand, using a Sanofi vaccine that has an additive from Norvartis.

Michael urges financing for the relationship between Sanofi and Norvartis where vaccines will be deployed in South Africa where a suspect and different strain of HIV has been identified. Michael’s team is also working with Harvard University’s Johnson & Johnson Crucell unit (JJCU) which has varied versions of the common cold virus and the smallpox virus on hand for “research purposes”.

The JJCU is a collaborative effort of Merck, the National Institutes of Medicine and other biotech corporations that specialize in researching the viral effects of genetically engineered viruses on the human and animal immune system.

After the human experiments are finished, pharmaceutical corporations hope to have a licensed HIV vaccine available to the public by 2019.

Progress on the AIDS vaccine will be released at the International AIDS Society 2012 conference (IAS) in Washington, DC later this month; of which Hayes will be a guest speaker.

The IAS conference endeavors to certain international goals and objectives:

• Align the scientific community to combine research and development.
• Control promotion of AIDS information and influence policymakers.
• Target specific age groups for promotion of HIV vaccine necessity.
• Study the impact of HIV on densely populated nations.
• Mandate international support for HIV immunizations.
• Use government and private-sector laboratory research funded by the international community, governments and donations.
• Provide propaganda concerning the emergence of an HIV epidemic, and integrate healthcare systems to respond as outlined by international mandate.

Gottfried Himschall, HIV/AIDS chief at the World Health Organization (WHO) announced that pharmacological research will create an “arsenal of drugs” that could “help end new infections.” Although Himschall admits that drug corporations' answer for HIV vaccines “are still not perfect”, he is convinced that research into preventing HIV in healthy people is the way to go.

Current experiments into the nature of HIV/AIDS, and the human immune system’s response to the virus, extend back to the 1980s. Wangari Maathai, a Kenyan ecologist and Nobel Peace Prize winner, vehemently asserted that HIV was created in a laboratory deliberately as a bio-weapon for population control. Maathai said:

Some say that AIDS came from the monkeys, and I doubt that because we have been living with monkeys (since) time immemorial, others say it was a curse from God, but I say it cannot be that. 

And that HIV was created with the intention as an “agent to wipe out other people . . . In fact [the HIV virus] was created by a scientist for biological warfare. Why has there been so much secrecy about AIDS? When you ask where did the virus come from, it raises a lot of flags. That makes me suspicious.”

Under cover of a smallpox vaccine initiative, WHO went into Africa where an estimated 100 million Africans were inoculated. The immunization was actually a cancer-causing immunosuppressive virus that was developed by the National Cancer Institute (NCI).

Dr. Robert Strecker has explained in his books that Africans were infected with HIV during the smallpox vaccine distribution; as laid out by WHO in a memorandum from 1972. Prior to 1979, there were no reported cases of HIV/AIDS in Africa, according to Luc Montagnier, a French Pasteur scientist.

US government-sponsored experiments in 1978 – 1981 with homosexual males produced an official AIDS epidemic that originated in New York City.

According to an annual volume of the Special Cancer Virus Program, human experimentation with cancer-causing and immunosuppressive viruses was essential. With the “gay plague” and "gay cancer", such experiments were no longer necessary. The deaths of thousands of gay men proved that these viruses caused cancer, immunosuppression, and were sexually transmissible between people.

HIV/AIDS has been developed as a bio-weapon of mass depopulation capabilities, but now the global Elite are stepping up their intention with research into the abilities of the human immune system, which could result in a “vaccine” that would cause the human immune system to become ineffective.
