Good timing on the video. He speaks clearly and relevantly on issues we'll all face soon enough as others die around us so worth a listen He eludes to techniques that will assist us in good mental health dealing with what we know is coming. The NLP info at the end is really interesting and I've done it myself. No-body needs training, it can just happen. ~ I was going into bat with a manger trying to save a young man from being fired- for dangerous stupidity and causing damage to company property, it wasn't looking good yet he told everyone he would be in the next day and buy morning tea. He even thanked me for the (pending) success in saving his job, said he had put on the armour of God and I could to if I believed. I assumed he was going to say a little prayer but he said no told me to Visualise my putting on armour then seeing myself in it and Knowing it was the armour of God without doubt. I did try it because I do believe and it worked the same as NLP. He was not fired to everyones amazement. I didn't need special training because from that moment on - the visualisation technique never stopped working. No one was ever fired again where discipline meetings were involved. (my armour became words, dialog, sometimes cherrypicking little breaches relevant to them and then negotiation - Like putting the ball in your own court and then owning it. ~ controlling where it goes could best way to describe it) I enjoyed helping Careless but good natured gov dept employees. It made my day every time.
