It appears that the criminal justice system has invaded the duty of congress to defend our nation against invasion. We are being invaded by citizens of other countries. Certain factions of US citizens, seem to falsely identify Foreign Nationals as illegal aliens. By this thinking any country can conquer the US by simply walking as many people as they wish over our borders. They are not an invasion force ,they are illegal aliens presumed innocent until found, detained, sceduled for a hearing, released until such hearing, escape and are recaptured again tried convicted and released to do it again.

Legally there may be significant differences. 100 years from now it will be a bar room joke. "How do you defeat the strongest country on the face of the earth? answer ..Walk in and find a lawyer."

"a process is necessary to determine" the status of an invasion force of foriegn nationals is insane. Japan attacked us 60 years to soon. Now they could just walk in and (with all due respect) the attorneys of the US would give them the country for a small fee.

China can just buy us, one house lot at a time. Is that lost on everyone but me? Why do non citizens have property rights? As a US citizen, go try to buy a house in China. Let me know how that works out for you. Go try to buy stocks in a Chinese company in your own name. YOU CAN'T! why? they aren't as stupid as us. But.... They can buy Hummer.....
