If convicted he will be in prison a long while, doubt they will be able to on such flimsy ground.  They never had a good reason to arrest Kokesh in the first place.

Well, if he is convicted then he won't be able to lead that march as an armed citizen.  He is then a convicted felon.

I should also say, I have a blog and have not made this point on my blog until I am sure one way or the other because the powers that be are not above trying to discredit our good guys, so I usually wait.  I only did it here because it was too  one way with no consideration for the alternative and they both need to be considered an d our judgement and critical analysis needs to be refined, since its going to get a lot worse before it gets better. I just don't want to hurt kokesh in the meantime, if he is straight, but if not, I don't want to encourage the bad guys to use this tactic without some blowback.

@James I don't think they had even close to the #'s to pull what your talking about off, those pigs were in mass and set that shit up before hand. That stuff only works in like you said G8 WTO situations with lots of people in masks against riot cops not armed feds in a small park. Still was worth a try I guess.

If you are playing a part, of course you are not going to be smiling, are you?  But again, I  will  and have always changed my mind if someone can  come up with something that makes sense.  I have seen too many false flags to know that how you look in your face has nothing to do with truth.  LOL   Ask the crisis  actors on the Sandy Hook show.

I don't see conspiracy fog here guys its clear cut Kokesh was/is going to lead an ARMED march on D.C. they where watching and waiting for an opportunity to arrest him. If not this event they could have raided his house on a drug charge or some shit.

Ok, here is my take on it.  This march was just another false flag being planned with some mind control nut going to let loose on the cops with a loaded gun, and it got outted immediately if not sooner.  Then people started to question Kokesh and who he was or might be working for.  Whenever you get outted in a psych ops, they pull you before they have to explain you.  That is what I THINK this is all about.  His not coming out is not something they would do to a real person like Ron Paul or one of his well known supporters.  They would not be arrested either, it would be some set up reputation attack.  So why use a non  issue.  What was he being arrested for in the first place?  He had not broken any law that we know about and if we are going to say it was the sedition act, then why did he do it?   Was it his way to say come get me out?  I don't know, just asking since there are just too many questions and it stinks.... something smells pretty bad about all this.  Don't worry, I am open to being wrong, but I will need a good explanation.
