Kokesh in federal prison, to face judge on Monday

Philadelphia - New details and information regarding a story that broke here on Digital Journal earlier this evening are now beginning to surface.

VID

from Infowars:

In a video of the Smoke Down Prohibition rally, policemen can be seen entering a crowd of activists, and shortly afterwards emerging with Kokesh in tow.

According to his Facebook page, Kokesh was reportedly hauled away in a white Chevy Suburban, although he “hadn’t even smoked yet,” while “other protesters were actually smoking and released after arrest…”

I was more thinking there had to be seasoned protesters in attendance. We repelled many an arrest at wto g8 type  protest over the years .

A pot smoking crowd assault the feds lol maybe if this was ozzfest with a bunch of drunks.

They have the system setup now to where if you did physically try to stop them you would get a basket ball score prison term and it would be almost as bad as shooting them honestly. Things will change after the next economic crash and the police state can no longer fund the drug war. Our government is very protective against REAL protestors getting away with anything, if they had done something like went on in Stockholm right now I'm sure they would have spent millions going after each and every one of them. They cannot allow people to realize their power that if enough of us band together and say fuck off to authority that we can win. Few care that much though and thats the problem. Any more challenging the feds is an all or nothing pursuit and thats why I see a civil war coming because eventually people will say enough and the only way to say no to the feds is war. Very sad and whats even sadder is they think that most do not have a red line in the sand. So they will push past it without thinking.

Adam is going to end up serving some time in jail whether its for this bull shit current charge or when he goes into D.C. with a loaded rifle.

Know this people if you are being arrested either fight your ass off and escape or play dead but don't play the middle like Adam did as your not Adam and don't have a small army pulling for you. You will be in prison a while.

@ Optix, re endorsement of candidates, the rules are different for foreign media.

Under the NDAA bill, sections 1021 and 1022, they can hold Kokesh indefinitely without any due process.  No Habeas Corpus and they are still waiting for us to make a fuss to see if we will and if we don't, then they go the next step in bringing us down, whatever that will be.   Multiple arrests?  Time at the FEMA CAMPS?  Re-education or death?  And do not fool yourselves.  you are not dealing with Americans where this is concerned.   Our foreign occupiers are experts at mass murders without blinking an eyelid.
