What corner did Kokesh back RT into that you reference? Do you have a link to that? As for his announcement and then being cautious about his future actions, remember, many intellectually "know" what is going on but viscerally have not integrated it into their reality. Its difficult to believe its all happening even when you "know" it has happened to others. He is just lucky they didn't kill him. I wonder why they chose this mechanism for him rather than their usual assassination tactic?

Resisting arrest is some kinda bull, I personally am sick of seeing people manhandled by thugs with badges in crowds when peacefully demonstrating .. I am waiting for the crowd to say STOP IT! & then MAKE THEM! There are always more of us than them.. RESISTING? Damn right! I heard an interview of friends of Adam say he didn't resist .. Well damn it he should have and asked for help .. In my opinion he was kidnapped in broad daylight in front of a big crowd .. He should sue..what right does the federal government have to yank you way away with your hands behind your back and expect anyone with a lick of sense to let them .. RESIST NOW! RESIST TYRANY ALWAYS !!!

Big big red flag this one, the arresting of someone to merely interview or "talk" to them is unlawful, no if's, but's or maybe's. So unless he was arrested and at the moment of arrest told he was being arrested and on what charges or suspicion of offences to kick in his automatic rights to remain silent and right to a trial by a jury of his peers, then he has grounds to pursue a false arrest and false detention action against the officers, the department and the state or county authorities. If he has been properly arrested, cautioned and charged then he now has the opportunity to defend his position on those charges, and compel the prosecution to prove them beyond a reasonable doubt. It is incumbent on the prosecution to do that, again no leeway on that ground. It will be interesting to hear the guts of this from Kokesh himself, uncensored. I believe he has drawn attention to himself with his public stance and comments, I think he is being held under NDAA or some other fascist civil liberty violation of a process, my thought is we will hear terrorism charges from the media soon and he gets sucked into the black hole of Gitmo like (in)justice.
