Have you all noticed that the "funds" they use for all these illegal activities are tax payer dollars? Even with SMART meters we pay monthly for them to illegally "watch" us, and the rest of the "stuff" they do.

Yet, Thomas Jefferson says in the Resolutions “that a federal “law” that violates the Constitution is no law at all. It is “void and of no effect.”

Backed up by the Supreme Court: The Constitution is "the fundamental and paramount law of the nation, and consequently…an act of the legislature repugnant to the constitution, is void. It is "the supreme law of the land," and any act of the government must be consistent with it. Only those acts made "in pursuance of" the Constitution also have this rank. It is higher than the government and its laws, for the Constitution created both.

Plus Judges, when they rule on laws, must often choose between the Constitution and a law. Since the Constitution is the Supreme Law of the Land, they MUST invariably CHOOSE TO ENFORCE THE CONSTITUTION AND IGNORE THE LAW. Doing so renders the law null and void, because ALL OTHER JUDGES MUST DO THE SAME.

(emphasis is mine) Why do all judges HAVE to follow the US Constitution? Because they take two solemn Oaths that are legally binding to get into those positions. The first Oath is to Support and Defend the US Constitution (

“I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God.”) above and before the duties of the office they take. Notice that over half of this Oath is dedicated to support of the US Constitution. This is the same one everyone else in our gov takes except the President,including all Military, All Law Enforcement.

The 2nd judicial solemn and legally binding Oath is;

"I, [NAME], do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will administer justice without respect to persons, and do equal right to the poor and to the rich, and that I will faithfully and impartially discharge and perform all the duties incumbent upon me as [TITLE] under the Constitution and laws of the United States. So help me God."

Where they are bound to follow US Constitutional Law, not international, or shariah law - US Constitutional.

All laws must meet or exceed the Constitutional requirements, they cannot take away from or destroy any part of it. Any who take the solemn Oath and goes against the US Constitution are domestic enemies of the USA - they work from within the highest places they can get into to destroy this country.

The first law statute of the United States of America, enacted in the first session of the First Congress on 1 June 1789, was Statute 1, Chapter 1: an act to regulate the time and manner of administering certain oaths, which established the oath required by civil and military officials to support the Constitution.

The wording of the Presidential Oath was established in the Constitution in Article II, Section 1, Clause 10. The requirement for all Federal and State Civil officers to give their solemn and binding Oath is established in Article VI, Section 1, Clause 4. They are BOUND by their Oath to support the Constitution, and should they abrogate their Oath by their acts or inaction, are subject to charges of impeachment...

Solemn: “Legally binding, Common legal phrase indicating that an agreement has been consciously made, and certain actions are now either required or prohibited”, “The other requirement for an agreement or contract to be considered legally binding is consideration - both parties must knowingly understand what they are agreeing to”.

The solemn Oaths the three branches of our government, the military's, all law enforcement, the heads of the states ACCOUNTABILITY to us, "We the People". Yet instead of everyone calling for arrests and prosecutions we allow them to do this to us exactly like the German people did when their legitimate government was taken over over decades.

Some of the declared purposes sounded good to many German citizens, such as: "profit-sharing in the great industries," {Very similar to Take from the 1% and share with all}

The Party said that a “strong centralized government” was needed. {Same as they are currently saying we need here in the USA, that the people do not need the Constitution or individual rights

It demanded the creation of a strong central power with unconditional authority, {as the "Democratic" (Progressive) political declarations are saying with "change"}

And a "reconstruction" of the educational system.  {Same as they are saying we need here in the USA}

The National Socialist German Workers Party felt it was needed to end civil liberties

And there could be no freedom of the press – the press had to completely support the Party {This time the press and the infiltration of legitimate our goverment has been attacked at the at the same time this time – since the control of information fed to the USA is critical, since a government whose sovereignty comes from the people requires a knowledgeable people for them to be able to make informed decisions. Patriot Act, NDAA, Warrantless Searches, Warrantless Seizures, Warrantless Spying, etc here in the USA.}

A separate government was set up within the legitimate government within the Party to exercise outside the law every sanction that any legitimate state could exercise and many that it could not {Obama’s “Czars”, TSA, DHS}.

The Party had its own secret police, its security units, its intelligence and espionage division, its raiding forces, and its youth forces {DHS, TSA, look up “Obama youth”, etc on youtube.com}.

It also established administrative mechanisms over time {Patriot Act, NDAA, warrantless searches, warrantless spying, TSA, etc} to identify those who supported the legitimate government.

They “encouraged” the populace to inform on their own neighbors, friends, family {“See Something, Say Something”, and other videos the DHS put out here in America}.

Among deprivations of rights, none is so effective in cowing a population, crushing the spirit of the individual and putting terror in every heart.”  Justice Robert Jackson, Chief U.S. Prosecutor at the Nuremberg Trials

Eventually they organized and dominated every phase of German life {as is being tried here thru the UN laws, and executive orders, bills, laws made here}.

They created a “Party” police system, which became the pattern and the instrument of the police state, which was the first goal in their plan. {DHS and TSA – starting to arrange themselves throughout our nation to control our every move and where we can go: at airports, bus stations, train stations, even on our own roads}

A presidential decree was created suspending the extensive guarantees of individual liberty contained in the constitution of the Weimar Republic

Those decree’s were restrictions on personal liberty,

On the right of free expression of opinion - including freedom of the press,

On the right of peaceful assembly, the right of association,

And included violations of the privacy: postal, telegraphic, and telephonic communications;

Aand no need for warrants for house-searches,

Or orders for confiscations as well as restrictions on property, etc

All taken away under the guise of “keeping the people safe”. {much like what is happening within the USA today, as all of the “restrictions” on our freedoms are “for our own safety”}

Many were arrested as “belligerents” – no real crime committed, just disagreeing with the destruction of their legitimate government.

Secret arrest and indefinite detention; without charges, without evidence, without hearing, without counsel, and no court could issue an injunction, or writ of habeas corpus, or certiorari. The German people were in the hands of the police, the police were in the hands of the Party, and the Party was in the hands of a ring of evil men who wanted to run the world. {NDAA, Patriot Act, various executive orders, warrantless arrests, "Authority over the USA and over the US military given to the UN, SALT gives our oceans to the UN, etc}

The concept then was to control the world; the concept now is to make a one-world “government”. Tell me, What is the difference?

So to everyone in America - None of this sounds familiar? That it is happening here in OUR nation today?
