AND CLAIM OF RIGHT

This Notice Of Understanding and Intent and Claim of Right is directed to the President of the Corporate United States, the Bankers, the Administrative Bureaucracies, all Representatives Of The Foreign Principles, The Agents, The Corporate Entities, The Corporate Officers, The Corporate Officials, The Corporate Commissioners, The Judges, The Governors Of The Corporate States, The Speakers Of The House, The Lawyers, The Law Enforcement Officers, The County Sheriffs’ And All Elected And Appointed Members Of the Corporate Government Of The Several States….

It is taught that since the creation of the United States of America and its Constitution, the President and Congress take an Oath of office to support and defend the Constitution against all enemies, both foreign and domestic and that an oath is sworn to faithfully execute the laws of the United States of America. The people presume that to mean any and all legislation will be within the delegated constitutional authority. It is also stated that Congress has no authority to legislate for one of the several states. The jurisdiction of Congress is made perfectly clear as being a district 10 miles square know as the District of Columbia.

Whether by mistake or design, a bankruptcy of the United States was declared in 1933 by President Roosevelt by Executive Orders 6073, 6102, 6111 and Executive Order 6260, and as a result the People of America were declared to be enemies of the government, under the "Trading With The Enemy Act" October 6, 1917, and as codified at 12 U .S.C. 95b. refers to the authority granted in the Act of October 6, 1917 The Trading with the Enemy Act or War Powers Act) which was "An Act to define, regulate, and punish trading with the enemy, and for other purposes". This Act originally excluded citizens of the United States, but in the Act of March 9, 1933, Section 2 amended this to include "any person within the United States or any place subject to the jurisdiction thereof".
It was here that every American citizen literally became an enemy to the United States government under declaration. According to the current Memorandum of American Cases and Recent English Cases on The Law of Trading With the Enemy, It states I have no personal Rights at law in any court, as all Rights of an enemy to sue in the courts are suspended, whereby the public good must prevail over private gain.

This Act also provides for the taking of enemy private property. The Governors of the several States of the Union pledged the full faith and credit of its citizens to the aid of the National Government in perpetuity.

As a declared enemy, what I have always believed to be my private property has never been mine. The only way I can do business or any type of legal trade is to obtain permission from government by means of a license.

It is difficult to believe, that for 76 years, since 1933, all Americans have been pledged for the debt of the UNITED STATES owed to international bankers, most of whom are foreign to our country.
My credit, labor, productivity and property have been used and is now being used as collateral by the incorporated UNITED STATES without my consent. I have lived all my life with no money or property having been reduced to a pauper by what calls itself government acting outside it’s constitutional jurisdiction with no authority but its own.

The nature of the conspiracy to defraud can be best understood in comments by one of the major conspirators in the triumph of establishing the Federal Reserve, "Colonel" Edward Mandell House, who is purported to have said this in a private meeting with President Woodrow Wilson:
"Very soon, every American will be required to register their biological property in a national system designed to keep track of the people and that will operate under the ancient system of pledging. By such methodology, we can compel people to submit to our agenda, which will effect our security as a chargeback for our fiat paper currency. Every American will be forced to register or suffer being unable to work and earn a living. They will be our chattel, and we will hold the security interest over them forever, by operation of the law merchant under the scheme of secured transactions.

Americans, by unknowingly or unwittingly delivering the bills of lading [birth certificate] to us will be rendered bankrupt and insolvent, forever to remain economic slaves through taxation, secured by their pledges. They will be stripped of their rights and given a commercial value designed to make us a profit and they will be none the wiser, for not one man in a million could ever figure our plans and, if by accident one or two should figure it out, we have in our arsenal plausible deniability. After all, this is the only logical way to fund government, by floating liens and debt to the registrants in the form of benefits and privileges. This will inevitably reap to us huge profits beyond our wildest expectations and leave every American a contributor to this fraud which we will call `Social Insurance.' Without realizing it, every American will insure us for any loss we may incur and in this manner, every American will unknowingly be our servant, however begrudgingly. The people will become helpless and without any hope for their redemption and, we will employ the high office of the President of our dummy corporation to foment this plot against America."

Through ongoing deceit and fraud upon the American people, this has come to pass. The national health care bill just passed creates this data base of your biological property!

Under what Authority, or Contract does this government commit such a flagrant violation and intrusion into a man's right of self determination and choice? If there is a contract signed by me to obey and participate willingly in this fraud and deceit and to willingly participate in the destruction of this Nation, present it to me and I will obey. If it cannot be brought forward, know this:

Neither the defacto Congress or the defacto Several States have authority to adjust what may be called the rights of men, those fundamental rights which are the essence of civil freedom,; but only to declare and vindicate those fundamental rights which appertain to the essence of citizenship, and the enjoyment or deprivation of which constitutes the essential distinction between freedom and slavery.

The federal government has assumed powers that were never delegated to it, all done in the name of “making this nation more fair.” This nation was not founded on the principles of “fairness.” It was founded on the principle of “Freedom and Liberty.” Every American has the same right to succeed or fail. Every family has the right to decide what they will teach their children. Every person has the right to travel in any state in this nation without having to prove he is an American by showing a ‘National Identity Card.”
Every American has the right to work in the profession of his choice, worship the religion of his choice, marry the person of his choice, live in the neighborhood of his choice, and procure the medical treatment of his choice. The people have the right to do whatever they please with their bodies and not have their actions construed as a crime against the state. All these things are the rights of free people and they do not need permission from government to exercise them by virtue of their birth, not their birth certificate.

The abstract right of individuals to withdraw from the society of which they are members, is recognized by an uncommon coincidence of opinion;............ by every writer, ancient and modern; by the civilian, by the common‑law lawyer; by the philosopher, and by International Law. It is perceived as the law of nature, and of nature's God.

I have no apprehension that this power, under our American system of government, in which all official authority is derived from the people, and exercised under direct responsibility to the people, has been abused under the claim of Emergency, Necessity, the power to regulate commerce, and the power to borrow money, all done under constructive fraud which was a crime against the people.

The President and the Congress took an oath to support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies foreign and domestic. They swore to faithfully execute the laws of the United States of America. They violated that oath which ended the compact between government and the people. I am exercising my right to election. I am no longer to be considered a 14th amendment citizen of the defacto united states or a citizen of any of the corporate defacto several states. I am now announcing that I am electing to be an American National, citizen of nothing defacto, and will from this day forward serve and owe allegiance only to a government functioning in original jurisdiction.

Be it now known to all, I am unwilling to continue to give my assent by silence to Federal and State actors expressions of opinion and willing participation in what seem to me actions calculated to cripple the Constitutional powers of the Several States, and to create a situation of involuntary servitude. I did not volunteer to surrender my GOD given rights, thereby creating the appearance of voluntary acceptance of the status of bonded slave, through federal legislation imposed on the people of the several states. I refuse to be a bonded slave. I will not comply.

Take my name out of your computer. Do not expect one dime in taxes from me to support your fraud. All expected responsibilities of citizenship to your defacto system called government are now void.

THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT, UNDER TRICKERY AND FRAUD TURNED THE FREE STATES INTO FEDERAL TERRITORIES WITH THE COOPERATION OF THE GOVERNORS OF THOSE STATES THROUGH COMPACTS . STATE CITIZENSHIP WAS GONE AND THE CITIZENS OF THE SEVERAL STATES BECAME 14TH AMENDMENT PEOPLE WHO WOULD NOW SERVE INVOLUNTARY SERVITUDE TO THE FEDERAL BANKRUPTCY.

Now find or start a group to restore your government back to its original jurisdiction
and live free as the Founding Fathers intended.
Live under the law of Nature and Nature’s God as free people are intended to live.
Renounce the fraudulent debt of the bankers and make sure the new government you instill never gets into debt again.

Forget giving government welfare inviting votes for people who promise something for nothing. OUTLAW WELFARE!

Of all tyrannies, a tyranny exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive.

The ideal tyranny is that which is ignorantly
self-administered by its victims by acceptance.

The 12 Truths of Tyranny

1. Any law the electorate sees as being open to being perverted from its original intent will be perverted in a manner that is worse than the manner of perversion seen at the time.
2. Any law that is so difficult to pass it requires the citizens be assured it will not be a stepping stone to worse laws will in fact be a stepping stone to worse laws.
3. Any law that requires the citizens be assured the law does not mean what the citizens fear, means exactly what the citizens fear.
4. Any law passed in a good cause will be interpreted to apply to causes against the wishes of the people.
5. Any law enacted to help any one group will be applied to harm people not in that group.
6. Everything the government says will never happen will happen.
7. What the government says it could not foresee, the government has planned for.
8. When there is a budget shortfall to cover non-essential government services the citizens will be given the choice between higher taxes or the loss of essential government services.
9. Should the citizens mount a successful effort to stop a piece of legislation the same legislation will be passed under a different name.
10. All deprivations of freedom and choice will be increased rather than reversed.
11. Any government that has to build safeguards into a law so that it will not be abused is providing guidelines for abusing the law without violating it.
12. Any act or statute of government is subject to alteration or to complete disregard by government by its using the ever present "notwithstanding clause" of any Roman civil style legal system when it is deemed desirable to maintain the status quo - however unlawful the status quo activity may be.
A Government Is Tyranny When:

It sets itself above the will and judgment of the people and refuses to comply with the wishes of the people. It lies to the people to get what it wants. The traditional rights of the people are treated as obstacles to the objectives of government. It creates animosities among the people.

You can live under liberty and freedom with a government that adheres to the will of the people or you can live under tyranny. The choice is yours.

If healthcare is a universal right and can be legislated, then federal citizenship is equal opportunity slavery. He who controls your body owns your life.
