Hey Chris,
I believe "signing their paper is making you a WITNESS against yourself which is why they spew the line "this is not an admission of guilt" as it takes 2 witnesses to convict you in their corrupt courts. ALWAYS SIGN UNDER DURESS before your signature which null and voids their CONTRACT as signing this way means force or coercion which invalidates the CONTRACT. HAS ALWAYS WORKED ME.
