Ohio State Troopers Make Their First Arrest Using New State Law that Says Any Vehicle with a Hidden Compartment is Illegal

According to The Blaze, any vehicle with a hidden compartment is now illegal under Ohio state law. Possession of such a vehicle is now a felony in the Buckeye State.
The rationale behind the legislation is that the compartments, called “traps,” make it easier for criminals to transport narcotics and munitions concealed from police searches during traffic stops.
Now, State Troopers have made their first arrest under the auspices of the brand new law – 30 year-old Norman Gurley was arrested for speeding, but; he also faces felony charges simply for driving a truck with a trap.
It should be noted, however, the troopers didn’t find any drugs or weapons on Gurley’s person or hidden in his truck.
State Highway Patrol Lt., Michael Combs, described the vehicle’s hidden compartment, stating: “The ‘hide’ on Gurley’s vehicle was accessed electronically, meaning you needed to perform a series of events in the correct order, and the false floor seats or taillights would then pop out, revealing the secret compartment.”
The Lt. justified the arrest despite finding no traces of illegal drugs or weapons, by stating: “We apparently caught them between runs, so to speak, so this takes away one tool they have in their illegal trade.
The law does help us and [it] is on our side.” - See more at: http://www.libertynews.com/2013/11/video-report-ohio-state-troopers...

I predict this case will go all the way to the Supreme Court. What's next - all men and women will be accused of having secret "traps" on/in their body (medically speaking a vagina and rectum) so we all will be cited with a felony just for having these "traps" body parts? Ridiculous! This better get shot down!

ahh - let me guess - one of the multitude of "listening devices they use" such as cell phones was used to eavesdrop on this guy's conversations!

So ... since the guy had to wave a rubber chicken in the air while doing the hokey-pokey and singing like Donald Duck ... just how did the cop even know to look for the 'trap'?
The stench you are experiencing right about NOW is the smell of a set-up.
