Bad News is my Husband is and has been the Engineer on this , he told me the funding came from Europe, but never put it together!!! 1st it was the RFID back when we didn't know better, and I would tease him and tell him he was working for satan... and now this!!!! Thats it he just going to have to find a new job !! Hell screw that he needs a new Career choice !!

Actually this would be great fo those who are truly unhealthy in the first place, allow them to leave the hospital earlier and still be monitored after life threatening incidents. Like a gun, a knife or even a four slice toaster for that matter, it all depends on how it is used and who's hands you put it in.
