Only Righteousness Redeems

 Everyone seduced by the delusion

Cannot seem to find a sane solution

We could possibly face a revolution

The globalist’s tool of persecution,

A poet’s nightmare of insanity

Trying to decipher reality

Can you hear the innocent plea?

All these realizations clawing at me,

Will the night bring isolation?

Few will ever reach the realization

We live in constant alienation

The ease of staining your reputation,

Wish I could find the words to save you

Vibrations lost in a sky of blue

All these memories seem askew

Heroes seem to be much too few,

Forgive me for this brief intrusion

Living in this perpetual confusion

Ideas today are convolution

Just groping through this illusion,

Waiting for the velvet ride

Instead down a slippery slope I slide

Is there no deity in which I might confide?

Just take the adversity in stride,

Words that echo all around

What about the anomalies that I’ve found?

Once more, I hear that tragic sound

Fearing I’m no longer homeward bound,

Propaganda now that floods the land

Misinformation when I reach out my hand

Remembering the forgotten all-time band

My beloved country now desert sand,

I thought I knew exactly who you were

I chose to ignore your bi-polar slurs

Too many teardrops have been incurred

Self-destruction is what you preferred,

Society headed for stormy seas

Logic and ethics flung aside with such ease

Decency becoming a forbidden tease

Vanity has become a common disease,

The goddess of my forbidden dreams

Dissolved by the evil of lies and schemes

The captain’s coming apart at the seams

They’ve all forgotten only righteousness redeems.
