I reported on the deception of the government concerning Bin Laden back on October 3, 2010 showing how Osama Bin Laden was already dead, and that the Video Tapes and audio tapes of him being shown in the years following were not authentic, but used to keep the war on terror alive.

Obama then tried to take credit last year for the killing of Osama Bin Laden, during the time when the economy was in the hole (and still is), Obama's popularity was dramatically falling, and the war on terror was being called a failure.
