I once knew a young man that came to America, I wont say what country because he asked me not to tell his story with his name or country.  He came from a very oppressive country, no human rights at all.  He worked as a shepherd, and lovingly cared for his large flock of sheep.  They reminded him of the stories secretly passed down to him from his mother, and grandparents.  They were Christian but could not say so out loud. But secretly they worshiped.

My friend knew the stories of the Bible, that Jesus was "The Good Shepherd" that watched over his flock, and at a young age found shepherding to be a noble profession.

He also dreamed of a place where he could find freedom, as many have done for generations;  he wanted to come to America.  So, he set about praying and asking God to help him, if it were his will, to come here. He wanted to learn all he could so that maybe some day he could be effective in helping his own country gain freedom, something most only dreamed about.

As he tended his flock one day it occurred to him a way to cross the border undetected, he could seek help there, possibly.  But he had decided, one day of freedom is worth more than a lifetime of subjection to a tyrannical rule of his government. The oppression that squashed any hope or future in the land he had been born to and loved. 

He planned his escape carefully and it would be carried out swiftly, in a short period of time.  In this escape, one sheep had to give his life....he grieved over this, but knew no other way.  He began his journey to freedom by taking the inside's out of the largest sheep, he then draped the carcass over his and began crawling along with the ground with the flock.  The border line was about 1/4 of a mile further than the flock had ever gone, but as he crawled with them, near the front of the herd, they seemed to keep moving further and further.  He felt they sensed him there among them.

He made it to the border, losing much of the skin on his legs and hands, exhausted and hungry.  He had prepared jerky and flat bread before his journey, packing his pockets full.
 
It was two years later in Dallas.  My friend had completed a over a year of prerequisites at the local community college, and held a steady job painting almost since the day he arrived in America.  He goes to the church of his choice now, unafraid to voice his faith.  He is holding true to his promise of learning about a democratic republic, to someday enter the politics in the land of his birth.  But, lately his worried.  He see's the grip of government in this land of freedom, as he did at home.  His fear is valid.

Remember, they 'sound' like a patriot sometimes....they recruit over the internet daily.  I have had more than a few try to recruit me from well known patriot sites.  The propaganda floods the TV programs (why do you think they call it programming?), movies, and MSM news.

Communism is an insidious cancer that pervades every aspect of life, but it also 'eats itself up from the inside out', because it doesn't work. And we dont even have to mention the millions and millions of deaths attributed to communism/marxism/socialism.  Marx, Stalin, Lenin, and so many more oppressive, evil men pervade our society, our country and our government. 

Communism almost always marches in like a lion, with glad remedies for all to see;  after a short while the people realize what has happened, but by then it is too late.  Their grip is not easily broken.  Our Constitution, our country and our very freedom is in peril. 

They have passed critical, invasive laws already, including the Patriot Act.  There are laws being passed at this very moment to allow further invasion of our civil rights.  There are already drones in American airspace....expect more.  Our first and second amendment are under attack and 'thought crimes' are enforceable.

There has been a deliberate design to destroy this country, through education (or lack thereof), through government, the banking system and the international banking cabal that crashed the economy in 1929, and again today....all for to their gain.  The plan is to create a one-world government and monetary system.  Those that understand Bible prophecy are seeing the very things that were told 2000 years ago are coming to pass, just as it was written.

Do not be deceived.  There is an old expression that I taught my children, it is very appropriate here:

IF YOU DONT STAND FOR SOMETHING, YOU'LL FALL FOR ANYTHING!
