CNAS (Center for a New American Century) has been the democrats foreign policy thinktank of note, responsible for the Maidan revolution in the Ukraine. It's CEO was none other than Victoria Nuland.
Robert Kagan is married to Victoria Nuland ; could it be any clearer ?
