Possible federal firearm law(s) shakeup Constitutionally
We may be looking at a very real federal firearms laws shakeup Constitutionally.
The Firearms Freedom Act, originally passed in Montana on October 1, 2009. Since then, 7 states have passed their own version, with 25 who have introduced their legislation with the addition of 2 intending to introduce their version. This brings the total of 34 states that have either passed the law or are in the process of passing the law.
