Quo Warranto A legal proceeding during which an individual's (corporation) right to hold an office (enfranchisement) or governmental privilege (censorship) is challenged.
Corporations like google, twitter and you tube (let’s call them the “collective”) are considered an “individual” in statutory law.
The right to hold office is the enfranchisement that the “collective” receives from the state. Thus, the corporation is a creature creation of the state and is subject to all its laws and restrictions.
Thus, if the collective uses its incorporation to bring about political bias or oppression of political speech it is in violation of the US constitution which prohibits such and has exceeded any legal privileges it might assume.
A person or persons may file a Quo Warranto, (writ) timely, with their state, on behalf of the people of that state, (as they (the people of that state) would be highly offended by such acts or actions of the “collective”. (and we are)). Incorporate this writ, so anyone can take it to the supreme court of their own state.
A winning of this case results in the disenfranchisement of that corporation. (That will cost them a lot of money)>

The “collective” is open to the general public.
The “collective” is incorporated.
The collective is a form of communications and cannot censor political speech.
The collective cannot offer a terms of service that are exclusive of one form of politics and not another and or promote one form over another.
The collect cannot have an agreement with the collective’s users if only one party sets the terms. An agreement means two or more people in fair and open negotiation and then agreement.
The “collective” cannot update terms of service with out being in violation of the original Agreement. Breach of contract.
The “collective” is not a private company. The “collective” is open to the general public. The “collective” is regulated by the state as a corporation, for the benefit of the population of that state or states. The “collective” Has “gone public” and sells public stock in the “collectives” corporations.
