Friday 13 Aug 2010 @ 1700 hrs

This is the area we will be using for all offical information for the RTC Western Rally !

The
rally will be held on 14 August 2010, 8 miles north of Capitan on New
Mexico state Road 246. The rally will officially start at 9:00 AM and
run until 5 PM. We will have on site camping, RV's (self-contained), tents.
There will be NO open fires or alcohol at any time! There are no facilities or running water.
There will be porta-potties in the camping area as well as the rally
area. We will also have live FM broadcast (Stereo) from the Rally Site
stay tune for more information, so bring your FM radio to stay in-touch
!

Concerning weapons:
All
weapons may be loaded in accordance with New Mexico state law but in
light of safety with the number of people that we are expecting, we
would ask that with your long arms be carried in Condition 3 (magazine
in place, CHAMBER EMPTY!)
Your side-arms, of course, may be fully loaded with the safety engaged
if applicable and holstered. There will be no weapons check at this
rally so you be responsible for the safety of yourself, your weapons and
everyone around you! However, there are a few select individuals that
have been appointed to act as "Rally Safety Officers" that will assist with any questions, problems or concerns that may arise. These individuals will be identified by Orange caps with "RTC Staff" in black letters. Additionally, if you have a need to handle your weapon in any manner, there will be a clearly marked "SAFE" area designated
for weapons handling should the occasion arise. Handguns should remain
holstered at ALL times and long guns should remain slung, either muzzle
up or muzzle down unless in the SAFE area. Long guns on single-point or
tactical slings must maintain control of their muzzles and not allow
them to cover attendees!

Site information:
The camping site will open Friday afternoon, 13 August 2010 at 12:00. This is a private site that has been donated by a Super Patriot Billy Weddige
who wants to see this rally make a difference! We have promised him
that we will leave his property in the condition that we found it.
Therefore we ask that everybody police their areas and take out
everything that you bring in with you. Saturday (rally day) we will
have vendors with food and beverage. We ask that there be NO alcohol on the premises at any time. There are simple RULES to
follow: be safe, cleanup after yourself and above all enjoy your time
at the rally. We will have plenty of local individuals and RTC Staff on
site to help you with anything that you may need.

Again, we want to wish everyone a safe trip to the rally and please
transport your weapons and ammunition appropriately. We are looking
forward to having everyone here at the rally with family members to have
a day of enjoyment, education an interaction with fellow patriots. As
good patriots remember to extend a hand of friendship to everyone, even
others that may disagree or even wish to disrupt our rally. They, too,
may learn why and how our country was founded and better understand how
all may get along in our great Republic !
