It sticks to you like glue

Your belief that the world revolves around you

And in this confusing zoo

We have to configure it all out too,

If my memory weren’t so good

I’d disguise myself and wear a hood

But it’s not that easy when understood

I might as well stack a pile of firewood,

There, there’s a sunset over there

Somehow I don’t seem to care

For distinctive clothes you always had a flair

Not unlike your sporadic affairs,

In my dreams I can’t always get away

Your antagonistic home to stay

Rather than get angry I pray

And hope for another blissful day,

It seems now there’s no place to run

Was hoping to find a little fun

But the damage has been done

Guess I’ll find a day to languish in the sun,

If you believe it’s true

Then enjoy the view

The whole world must revolve around you

And I fell for it right on cue.
