SCOTUS: MESSAGE TO THE AMERICAN PEOPLE

On Wednesday, January 14, 2009, at the invitation of Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts, Also Known As Obama (hereafter known as AKA) and his sidekick, Joseph Biden, paid a visit to the United States Supreme Court, spending the better part of an hour sequestered in secrecy with eight of the nine United States Supreme Court Justices. Justice Alito was not in attendance.

According to an Associated Press release, written by Mark Sherman, (((See mr."O"s pic there)))

"When employees glimpsed Obama on his way out, a loud cheer went up in a building that exudes decorum."

Can one surmise the Supreme Court ecstatic over the illegitimate ascendancy of AKA to the presidency of the United States, thus driving a stake through the heart of the United States Constitution?

Very few sources in the mainstream media picked up this story. It certainly wasn't the lead story on any of the national news broadcasts at a time when AKA's every move is the subject of a news story by the gushing mainstream media who just can't seem to do enough for this self-proclaimed "messiah" of Marxist ideology. In fact, the only news sources printing this story were out of the way regional news outlets. Were it not for the internet, and resourceful citizens, it is doubtful the American public would have become aware. Could it be that mainstream media is very much aware of the eligibility problem of Marxist AKA, know for a fact he isn't eligible, and suppressed this story as they have suppressed so many stories they deem not in the best interests of their anti-American agenda?

The invitation of Chief Justice Roberts, the behind closed door meeting with a man who is the subject of lawsuits coming before the Supreme Court concerning his eligibility to the office of president, was not only inappropriate but leaves questionable the judicial conduct of the justices with whom AKA and Biden met.

Judges are to refrain from appearances of impropriety and partiality; from engaging in activities that compromise the mandate of an independent judiciary. According to the AP piece,

"Eight years ago, President George W. Bush did not visit the court before he took office, but the circumstances were — to put it mildly — unusual.

In December 2000, the court decided the case of Bush v. Gore by a 5-4 vote, ending the legal battle over the contested Florida election and effectively sealing the presidency for Bush."

The circumstances surrounding AKA are just as "unusual", considering the question of eligibility because of his refusal to produce the one document that would prove (or disprove) his eligibility to the office of president — his long form vault copy Hawaii birth certificate — a document that can be obtained for a mere $12.50.

The only difference between these two instances, is that Bush and Gore were both rich elitists while in the case of AKA, he is an elitist while those who have repeatedly requested the United States Supreme Court address his eligibility are "mere Americans" without the power or bank account to force the issue beyond requesting the Supreme Court do its constitutional duty. In a country where the Constitution and Bill of Rights were written to ensure the rule of law as opposed to the rule of man according to his own passions, opinions and prejudices, a republic versus a democracy, rule of law no longer applies; the republic has been transformed into a democracy where corruption and decadence are the name of the game.

In Federalist #10, James Madison had this to say about democracy, a concept the Founding Fathers despised,

"Hence it is, that such Democracies have ever been spectacles of turbulence and contention; have ever been found incompatible with personal security; or the right of property, and have in general been as short in their lives, as they have been violent in their deaths."

The message to the American people, whether the intent of the Supreme Court Justices or not, is that they could [sic] care less about the United States Constitution; that they have and will continue to do everything in their power to install AKA in the Oval Office despite his failure to produce one iota of evidence that he is, in fact, eligible to the office of president.

Like every U.S. Senator and U.S. Representative, the Supreme Court Justices take an oath to uphold the United States Constitution. Yet, in every case concerning the growing probability that AKA is a usurper to the office of president, the Supreme Court Justices have side-stepped the issue by simply denying the application for injunction or writ of certiorari.

With every misstep of our arrogant, egotistical, self-serving public servants, the animosity of the American people grows.

In the words of Frederick Douglas,

"Find out just what people will submit to, and you have found out the exact amount of injustice and wrong which will be imposed upon them; and these will continue until they are resisted with either words or blows, or both. The limits of tyrants are prescribed by the endurance of those whom they oppress."

The American people are rapidly losing patience with people whose agenda is anti-American, anti-Constitution, anti-freedom, who have passed law after law to accomplish nothing more than the oppression of the American people. The level of anger is growing exponentially with every company closure, every job lost, every news article featuring yet another Wall Street tycoon spending taxpayer dollars living in the lap of luxury while the American people suffer because the United States Congress have passed treaties like the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), Central American Free Trade Agreement (CAFTA) and General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT) encouraging American industry to move to other nations in pursuit of cheap labor, while at the same time doing nothing to remove the illegal alien cheap labor from America, pushing the American standard of living into third world status. The result of the ripple effect was (and is) 1) a growing number of unemployed Americans who can 2) no longer meet their debt obligations resulting in 3) a tanking economy. The coming depression is inevitable and will make the one in 1929 look like child's play.

I sent the following to Senator Maria Cantwell and Senator Patty Murray, both Democrats and Representative Cathy McMorris Rodgers, Republican, all of Washington State:

On January 20, barring any return of reason to the celebratory climate of Washington DC while the rest of the country suffers from the stupidity of Congress in its thievery of the people's money, Barry Soetoro (his legal name as no proof exists that any other name is not an alias) will be sworn in as an illegal alien usurper to the highest office in the United States.

SCOTUS, because the justices are political appointees who service their masters as the prostitutes they have proven themselves to be have made it more than clear that they have and will continue to do their part to make sure this illegal alien usurper is sworn in.

The result of the failure of Congress to do its sworn duty to uphold the Constitution, the result of the failure of SCOTUS to do its sworn duty to uphold the Constitution, will result in a juggernaut of cases that will swamp the courts, send the entire judicial system into chaos, and insure that nothing gets done.

And as nothing gets done, and Marxist Soetoro continues to rape and pillage this country in pursuit of his Marxist agenda, the American people are going to rise up in revolt.

And to think, ladies, that all you had to do to stop it was to abide your oaths of office, your sworn duty to protect and defend the United States Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic.

And the blunt truth is that America is headed for revolution if Soetoro is sworn in on January 20. You won't stop it and you won't quell it unless you do your sworn duty.

Those of us who have tried our damnedest to stop what the inevitable would be if this farce continued have had our attempts fall on deaf ears. We have provided the evidence and been told, through failure to act, that the evidence, the facts, are irrelevant.

And the bottom line, ladies, is that while you spit on the Constitution, the Constitution still matters to the American people you serve.

May God help the good people of this nation you have betrayed.

There isn't an illegal alien that Senator Cantwell doesn't love (so long as they don't sully her person by getting too close to her); there isn't a Marxist bill that Cantwell and Murray don't fall all over themselves trying to get passed. As for Cathy McMorris Rodgers, the good Republican that she is, she supports every fascist bill that comes down the pike. The Marxist Democrats and fascist Republicans; two heads of the same venomous anti-American snake; one no better than the other.

Like the ignorant but egotistical dupes they are, they truly believe that when the despotic regime of the Marxist/fascist state comes to fruition, they will be part of the group chosen to live in luxury at the expense of the peon class who will serve them. And like the ignorant but egotistical dupes they are, they truly do not believe that history will repeat itself; that the despots won't purge the ranks of the ignorant but egotistical fools who were so easily duped to achieve the end result of the oppressive Marxist/fascist state. And these people truly believe their intellectual bearing is far above that of the people!

No matter the merits of any case brought before the United States Supreme Court concerning the fact that AKA Obama is not eligible to the office of president, my money bets that SCOTUS will sidestep the issue as they have done thus far before and since the traitors in Congress certified the Electoral College on January 8, 2009.

At this point, it should be very obvious to the American people, no matter their party affiliation, that the executive, legislative and judicial branches of the United States government no longer consider themselves the servant of the people, but their master.

A goodly amount of air time has been given to the fact that AKA plans to be sworn in using the same Bible upon which Lincoln placed his hand when sworn in. According to AKA, Lincoln is his idol.

How fitting the symbolism.

While the revisionist history many of us were taught in our high school history classes tells us that "Honest" Abe Lincoln was the Great Emancipator, the truth is something quite different. The Emancipation Proclamation freed slaves below the Mason/Dixon line; in other words in the Confederate states that had seceded from the union of states under states rights. The Emancipation Proclamation did not free northern slaves.

While revisionist history claims the Civil War was about slavery, truth be told, Lincoln did not believe in equality of race; the Emancipation Proclamation was a war strategy; and the War Between the States was really about who held the ultimate power — the states as set forth in the United States Constitution, or the federal government. With the surrender of General Lee at the Appomattox Courthouse in Virginia, the union of states ceased to exist and federal supremacy was born.

Many cite the Civil War as the point at which the destruction of the United States Constitution began. How fitting, then, that AKA would choose to be sworn in using the same Bible as Lincoln used; his swearing in, when he is ineligible to the office of president, will drive the final stake of destruction through the heart of the United States Constitution.

Today Marxist AKA Obama and those who hate what the United States Constitution stands for will celebrate but will Americans discern the true meaning behind that celebration?
