Senate readied to pass Obamacare Two to help enforce mandatory vaccinations

Also known as Obamacare Two.
Passed by the House on June 29th.
Went to the Senate on June 30th.
Still has to be passed there.
The President can:
sign it
veto it
allow it to pass without signing it
