It is clear that in his endeavor to drain the swamp and get America on the road to recovery that President Trump faces resistance from not only Democrats, and the Washington DC establishment, but even members of his own party. If one could use the work “Mutiny” this would be an accurate description of just what officials on the federal, state, county, and Mayoral level have attempted in refusing to obey requests by ICE to hand over convicted violent criminals and numerously deported illegal aliens into custody. When Mayors such as Rahm Emmanuel and Bill de Blasio of NYC openly defy the federal government for extradition while expecting to continue to be funded with taxpayer money to act as havens for non-citizens and convicted offenders an unprecedented atmosphere of rebellion within America is being staged.

Decision time

The United States is at a crossroads over domestic homeland security and a federal government that has refused to guard our borders with Mexico forcing the states to take matters into their own hands and then wasting taxpayers money on frivolous lawsuits against them for protecting their own citizens. Meanwhile Democrats in Congress want to hold up funds for the border wall that President Trump even when a measure and the funding for such a project was enacted long ago. Trump promised his constituents that he would build the wall as a result of the growing incursions of drug gangs, armed robberies, and rapes perpetrated by illegal aliens who many think are not in the US simply for a better way of life, but are evading arrest from authorities in Mexico and other countries.

The threat from within

Then there is the question of national security and homeland threats from terrorism, another source of denial for 8 years by President Obama. When the Muslim Brotherhood continues to be allowed to visit intelligence officials in the White House and review cases against terrorist operatives, there is a level here of unbelievable denial on the part of the DHS and other federal law enforcement agencies that further emperils the nation. Once again, Americans have turned a blind eye to the threats and have assumed their our unelected bureaucrats have our best interests in mind when they don't! Many whistle blowers await President Trump's pending legislation to end federal efforts to criminalize those who come forward and report wrongdoing within these rogue these organizations that have allowed terrorism to become a widespread hazard that never should have risen to the level it has!

Persecution of lawmen

Sheriff Joe Arpaio, who had done an excellent job for the state of Arizona, enforcing the law, and consistently coming in under budget lost his last election led by radical factions well organized against his office. A court judge using the activist agenda had ordered Sheriff Arpaio to literally stop doing his job when it came to apprehending illegal aliens or face charges of contempt of court! Other beleaguered Sheriffs in Arizona such as Paul Babeu have reported that border agents are overwhelmed and drug cartel gangs are violating the Arizona border with impunity, yet our the state judicial system is actually working against the safety and security of the citizens who live there. This is emblematic of the lawlessness that has been set upon America like a plague thanks to the Obama White House and the left.

One sheriff speaks out!

When Interviewed several times on national television Sheriff Hodgson has testified that this lawlessness being embraced by members of government in sanctuary cities should be met with arrests served by federal Marshals for refusing to obey the law. In front of Congress recently Sheriff Hodgson of Bristol County not only advocates building a wall, but using inmates who want to reduce their time served through community service. Most people do not realize that a County Sheriff is actually the highest ranking official on that level and has every right to exercise measures designed to protect the legal citizens of his jurisdiction! In the final analysis either the US is a nation of laws or it will fade into obscurity by the chaos being orchestrated by the left!
