So the NSW Department of Housing Want to terminate my lease.

On the 7 May 2009 i recieved a letter from Mr adam Cook of the DOH in which they give notice of termination of my tennancy all because i have stopped paying my water charges,1. in protest in relation to being discriminated against re differing types of screen doors and associated security matters. and 2 as far as i have gleaned from their Water Usage Policy Section 19A of the Residential tennants act 2005 (social housing) on page 6 of said document they are obliged to provide a bill outlining the literage usage and subsequent related charges. they Guestimate mine which in itself is illegal. As a tennant im only obliged to pay for any exess water thay i might use, which they cant regulate. The DOH are responsible for meeting all costs pertaining to maintaining water usage and are to work with and support tennants towards resolving any difficulty.
My bill is only $127.00 and for that they want to terminate my lease when i was luckyto get the unit i am currently in under their emergency housing scheme.
In paragraph 1 of their Water usage policy document, anypoenaltiesresulting from a breach of the DOH water usage policy sect 19A RTA 2005(social housing) are imposed and collected by the Local Water Authority and not the DOH.
So what are they comming at?
On 2/11/08 I emailed Mr Borger Mp and Mr Pearce Mp and on 3/8/08 i sent information to their feedback page.

since then i have checked out the Australian constitutiion and in sections 99, 109 and 117 i have found inconsistancies re DOH decisions. pertaining to their Duty of Care Due dilligance ect ect...
all i know is that if i own a premises , Me I aas the owner are responsible to pay the land and water rates Not teh Tennant. If i wish to charge the tennant for excess water usage then i get the water Board to send them abill outlining their water literage usage and subsequent charges pertaining to same..
Not guestimate what people use. Imagine if they used this thinking process at the petrolpumps.?? And Still Job No 5386437 re insulation to a premises in Port kembla issued on the 10/10/07 still hasnt been complied with. Even after Mr Rudds announcements re insulation.. Go figure

So now im waiting to hear back from my local politician re the matter ..hping i get to stay put.
ill keep ya s updated and informed.

pete :-)

NSW Australian DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING (not Including Rental income) for water payments from tennants alone recieves $15,765,360 per annum. I ask for a $65.00 plus installation labour aliminumn mesh screen that my neighbours and other DOH tennants are privy to and my request/evidence/DVD and protest re being discriminated against are ignored so here are some calculations and their own words and finally my assensmet.....

Water charges P/w where tennants =126,325 water charges =$2.40

126,325 x $2.40 = $303.180 thence 303.180 x 52 = **$15,765,360** per annum is the department of Housing A corporation,
yearly water takings

and im only asking /protesting for a $65.00 (+labour installation) alluminum mesh screen to bring me in line with that
of which my neighbours and other tennants within the ambit of the DOH enjoy for their safety and security.
they say ... read below.....

So now twice, ive been before the tribunal at corporate square and twice my evidence, i had ready to put before
same tribunal was ignored, not allowed to be presented Even after I made the tribunal aware that I was protesting
in stopping my water payments because of a security issue. In my view it is run by a corporation and if they are
going to deny their tennants due process within their trubunals , thats facism and a denigration of
my fellow countrymen and womens rights and in my view that amounts to TREASON against my fellow Australians.
any person /corporation/entity that says one thing and then does another, needs assessment.

oh and by the way an indegenious tennant, before me, facing the same tribunal re eviction because, his lawn were to long,.. he was away in melbourne at relatives funerals the past month, and he discovered upon his return his lawnmower had been stolen now her is repaying his debt at $10.00 per month, other tennants who didnt turnup at the tribunal had their tennancies terminated. hmmm so non compliance gets you out on your ass unemployed and homless. sounds like this system has been designed to fleece and when u cant pay dump on to the streets and ignor... and this is the australia we all rejoice in hmmmmpppphhh

Well i voluntarily complied and attended the corporate Square building in burelli St Wolongong, where I entered Corporate House and after some time , was able to read off the E mail i had previously sent and i asked "if the Local water authority is to prosecute any breaches of this residential tennancy act 2005 sect 19A Why am i Here before this tribunal, is My friend oposite a representative of the local water authority?" to which i revieved no reply, and once again all the evidence i compiled was ignored and i was not allowed to present it before the registrar (Piccys ive uploaded to this and other sites, and the orig DVD 32 problems with DOH) so I am to be reviewed again in 6 months and im ordered without a seal of the court to pay the DOH $20.00 per mth re arrears the matter was dealt weith and ended in under 15minuets and i wasnt allowed to present my protest re my security issue and was told to re apply for another hearing at the cost of $30.00 and the registrar may consider my protest. Why wasnt it dealt with there and then? Its all a facist cash grab and i told them so, that they a corporation,.. are pressuring me a pensioner, with their big stick of... we'll terminate your tennancy if you dont pay for your water that we illegally guestimate, but we authorise ourselves to do .. hmmm slave what you gonna do now we wont look at your evidence so we have plausible deniability... hmmmm So after telling them what i thought og them i left whisteling skippy ie your a KANGAROO COURT Im so angry..........ffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffff

So on teh 16 this thursday its around the mulberry bush we go again heres a copy of an e mail i sent to my appellants,... will keep updates coming as i can

and the orders sought are (above )
so because they are discriminating aginst me by lowering my security when compared of other tennants, so i stop paying my water, which is usually calculated and part of rental costs, tennants only should have to pay for excess water when literage used and amount due on bill from local water authorityis sent re same , And because i stop paying for water due to their discrimination now they want to make me homeless and evict me .if the gave me a screen door similar to that of my neighbours i probably would be voluntarily complying and paying my water billl/charges, im thinking of not complying with their request to attend a kangaroo court that last time ignored my vid 32 problems and dismissed the matter and exercising my right of voluntary non compliance . Im no ones slave.... (at least i tell my self that )

oh, they have ME pissed off! And where else but an insane world would take hard-working taxpayers money---over a trillion dollars--to give to the wealthy??
Meanwhile, as the robber barons steal from every hand, we have poor children around this world, like one of my videos, and I feel guilty for having a bite to eat. UGH!

No their work is entirely revolved around squeezing the people, its prolly in their job description.

Odd that they even think they can get away with guesstimating your water usage, thats illegal anywhere.
