We have no friends there. Arab Spring or not, most of them hate the West and in particular the USA.

We don't know which side is the 'Good Guys' and which are the 'Bad Guys'. Almost certainly both are anti-West, so how can we support either side?

We are NOT the worlds Policeman. It is a bad situation which won't be made any better by our dropping some bombs.

If they are determined to kill each other let them do it.

Fewer for us to kill later.
