Supreme Court Literacy Test

Sonia Sotomayor's nomination has gotten a lot of press but the real question for any Supreme Court Justice remains - Can You Read?!
The U.S. Constitution is written in pretty clear English so one should mistrust anyone who interprets the wording endlessly for their own agenda. The Supreme Court of the United States of America is tasked with upholding the constitution against all challenges as the highest law of the land.
That's why it is so important that our Supreme Court justices be able to read plain English.
Sadly not all justices take this simple task very seriously at all. If they do not uphold the limitations and powers of the Constitution then the only legal defense we Americans effectively have left is jury nullification.
