That's right.
All of us here on 12.160Mhz are sort of pre-programmed to recognize political, banking, military and corporate scams that are sometimes even of global proportions. It's in our nature, right?
The next one and perhaps the largest one ever hasn't even begun, but it's brewing.
Unemployment, the unemployment figure provided by our political machine, is determined by calculating the number of people actually collecting unemployment compensation. Right now it ranges from 10% to 20%+ depending on who you prefer to listen to.
Over the years to come, as layoffs taper off AND as people who are collecting unemployment compensation fall off the bandwagon, the number that we use to determine the number of unemployed people will diminish. Eventually, based on the system, unemployment will be lower, however, the people that are no longer eligible to collect will still be unemployed and likely be entering the group we call 'homeless.'
My position is that most of the jobs lost are lost forever, off shored or simply deleted based on economic conditions. For instance we know full well that we've off shored millions of jobs that won't be coming back. We also know that the standard of living has been reduced for many millions and that we'll not see conditions in this country like those we had in 2000-2007 for many years to come, if ever. That means fewer jobs.
What this all means is that in 2011 or 2012, just a few short years away (unemployment currently maxes out after 72 weeks) those people that once qualified for unemployment will no longer qualify AND by 2011-2012 they also will no longer be counted in the rolls of the unemployed.
The political machine in this country will, in the years ahead, be touting this lower unemployment figure as proof of recovery when in fact the number of people actually unemployed will be disastrous. Perhaps as high as 25%, 30% or more.
But because they are no longer qualified to collect unemployment they will not be counted as unemployed. This is the scam that we're facing as a nation and as usual it will be pulled off miraculously and the recovery will be touted as the next best thing after sliced bread.
Don't be fooled when, in 2011 or 2012 the politicians explain that we've lowered unemployment and are experiencing a recovery. All of those people, 38 million currently, will still be unemployed. They won't be easily seen. The homeless never are.
