After reading the Natural News article I am confused and suspicious about the 'facts'. This the second item I've read recently where a judge is trying to force someone to incriminate themselves - in doing so they then commit an actual crime by violating a 'contract'.
Maritime court jurisdiction IS 'contract law' (and corrupt) and is the only system that could possibly think this is acceptable. Very sad
