What was once the premise of MK-Ultra and Project Artichoke as passive forms of remote reconnaissance became methods of using unconscious force to make people overcome their sense of allegiance or moral self-control and actually commit assassinations. Yet, not only this, but to achieve this without the subject being aware that they were controlled and even to get them to commit suicide afterward thus collapsing the trail of evidence.

Advanced mind control

For some 4 decades even the use of implanted devices was pioneered in order to induce unconscious participation in acts that would be considered unconscionable! Since 1953 the CIA under Allen Dulles committed to a number of animal and human mind control experiments designed to overcome all conventional barriers. In 1959, Project Horizon was secretly proposed as a US Army outpost on the moon using the Saturn A-1 rocket booster! This was no civilian exploration project but a full blown military expeditionary attempt to occupy the lunar surface and maintain a presence against what was already known to be an extraterrestrial incursion on the moon. The US Air Force utilized the resource of universities for compartmentalized studies to further the secret space program, mind control over animals and humans, along with supporting Gemini two man space vehicle as an orbital spy platform while also for UFO detection. Using the illusion as a tool of persuasion
