Linda Moulton Howe who gave a speaking appearance on this topic, claimed to have received a military level encrypted communication as whistleblower testimony. Now, I have seen Linda live on three occasions over the years at UFO conventions. She is a bit of a drama queen. She gets visibly nervous when she speaks as if she feels threatened or paranoid. I don’t know if that’s a true reflection of how she really feels or if it’s part of an act to make her work seem more intense or threatening in nature.

She also claimed a hypothesis belonging to Donald Keyhoe as being her own after in his book “Aliens from Space” that after a US missile destroyer hit an unidentified object hovering several miles above it that there were a series of 600 fatal aircraft accidents and in flight crashes worldwide that Kehoe speculated were in retaliation for the UFO’s destruction.

According to Linda, this unidentified military source confirmed everything she had given her lecture on. He stated that several US intelligence agencies were working on advanced interrogation techniques that evolved into mind control and the ability to coerce subjects into committing assassinations without their knowledge. He admitted that the US military was convinced that a hostile alien presence existed on the moon, and had been present during the Apollo missions and that this was one of the reasons that NASA had not been back. MK-Ultra was a very successful program and unlike the public as led to believe, it was not abandoned and was still being used today.

Linda Moulton Howe’s source claimed that a secret parallel government space agency had been in operations since the “Cold War” and were even on Mars and recovering evidence of ancient civilizations that existed there before a global catastrophe wiped them out. This alternate space agency has a corps of un-named military astronauts involved in secret space missions. Manmade implants that can control a person’s behavior are in existence and are part of a combined drug, and subliminal brain washing techniques.

That the first orbiting observatory had been launched since March of 1962 was little publicized, but even more so it was not being used for purely astronomical research OSO-1 was actually being used as a sentry, a deep space warning surveillance device to detect incoming alien ships from deep space! OSO A and OSO B would be a continuous array of such satellites. Just as Hubble was a military spy satellite that was pointed outward rather than focused on the earth surface below to observe military related targets.
