In 1947, A young missionary was knocking doors in Melbourne Australia when he was invited in by a man who professed to be one of the top leaders in the Australian Communist Party. The man stated his beliefs in a frank manner:


"The Melbourne man, as I call him, described how Plato, an ancient Greek philosopher, had designed a different kind of society. This man’s plan would follow similar lines. There would be three classes of people: the leaders, the workers, and the teachers. The teachers would be trained to condition a sinless society (“…as you call sin…”, he said) – there would be no hate, no greed, no jealousy, no envy, no lust, no malice – no sin. The workers would not be envious of the leaders. The leaders would not oppress the workers. The teachers would condition each class to willingly accept their assigned role in this “perfect” society." Of course oppression is in the eyes of the beholder. "The teachers", as this man calls them, are really experts in mind control and use behavioral conditioning techniques to control the individuals they call "workers". As far as "sinless", these people don't believe in sin, and he is referring to blind obedience to statism. In other words, submission to authority without question.


"The Melbourne man further described how breeders would be chosen, based on superior intelligence, physical perfection and longevity genes. Children would be taken from their mothers at birth and placed in communal nurseries, and through various tests, their classes would be determined. They would then receive specialized conditioning for that particular class. All defective babies had to be eliminated. The total number of births would need to be controlled to prevent overpopulation and depletion of natural resources. By this selective breeding, a master race of geniuses could be created." In the New World Order, only select individuals will be permitted to reproduce. Children are raised in "communal nurseries" instead of the family. They are then "mind-programmed" for their various roles, after they are tested and labeled. This is pure Plato, who advocated for just such a system in his "Republic". It also explains why there is a wholesale effort to use Social Services as a tool for taking children away from their natural parents and turning them over to the state.
