Hate to say it, but pregnancy and natural childbirth have been a target for a while. 

This is my response and further investigation into a 12160 post on UK  bioethicist Anna Smajdor  of the University of East Anglia*,  who sought to promote ectogenesis / articial autogamy  in British schools, back in 2012.

Smajdor was funded by the Welcome Trust / GlaxoSmithKline.
