Requiem for a police state

When the populace is complacent and sedate

When they are unaware they were used as bait

When they’re no longer intelligent enough to create,

Oh the arrogant who speak out against the liberators

Too lobotomized to recognize their saviors

Too compromised to identify the race baiters

All too willing to listen to the haters,

The police state reigns supreme

When they can’t comprehend the schemes

Can’t see their society is coming apart at the seams

Fascinated by pointless live streams,

When video games become intellectual exercises

When violence is something they externalize

When they can’t realize they are compromised

That their own ignorance they have legitimized,

Their jackbooted handlers have an easy time

Presenting their scandalous slime

When Intolerance is seen as sublime

When truth Sayers are placed up on the firing lines,

Where the draconian rule

Is now the most commonly used tool

With open acceptance by the willing fools

It’s the behavior modification that makes them drool.
