Surprisingly, there has been talk of mankind being enveloped in an artificial reality for decades with some scientists considering the possibility that we live in a hologram, autonomous, and perceptually undetected. We have clues and theories, but still remain in the maddening realization that things simply emerge from an unknown realm that we cannot seem to penetrate with conventional science. For example: UFOs seem to be beyond the capability of our multi-million-dollar fighter jets. They seem to possess maneuvers that would destroy any manmade craft and its pilots, even contradicting our understanding of physics! Could they be anomalies imposed upon our reality remotely from another dimension or an outside source we cannot identify?

If this is true, let us imagine a video game with an outside intelligence setting the rules. This form of intelligence is so advanced and immense that to us it is unimaginable, and just as we sit playing a video game making changes and moves remotely without entering the inside of the game, the characters within the game itself have no control, all they can do is react. Only this would be on a colossal scale of universe manipulating capability, or does it simply need to manipulate our perception here on earth? God, the creator, might be the driving force behind such power, all knowing, all seeing, all powerful compared to humans.

Time travelers, might fit that category. We know theoretically that time and space according to Einstein were the same. So, if an advanced alien race millions of years ahead of mankind, travelling at light speed or through a wormhole, would seem to have God-like and unattainable tech. They would have no problem painting any kind of reality for we primitive humans with probably little difficulty. Yet, we are capable of detecting subtle signs of reality manipulation. Instrument readings that tell us that physical dimensions don’t correspond to expected outcomes, such as an aircraft flying over the Bermuda Triangle who compass readings are off the wall, and navigation becoming impossible as electro magnetic pulses seem to emanate from deep below the surface of the ocean.

The concept of a massive simulation that serves as the illusion we have been persuaded to live in, seems to fill the gaps between the unexplained and the perceived contradictions to our understanding of the laws of the universe. To a number of cosmologists, astrophysicists, and philosophers, they see embedded mathematical codes deep in the human genetic code, in the sub atomic structure, the string theory, and quantum entanglement that Einstein found it hard to accept. This he called “Spooky Action at a Distance.” Just as he proposed parallel universes.

Astrophysicist, Neil Tyson goes on to speculate, what if you create an artificial universe inside a computer, and those artificial universe participants create their own artificial simulation, and on and so on. This is a self-replicating sequence of created realities almost like an organism that would do the same!

One other thing, have you ever experienced De ja vu? The feeling that you’ve dome something and been somewhere before, and even met someone from before but just can’t explain when and how? Philosopher, Nick Bostrom, who was sure that mankind was in some kind of created simulation of reality theorized that either man was destined to do so, but may have chosen not to, or simply was unaware that he was already in the midst of the simulation! Each time we experience De ja vu, we are instinctively sensing these has been a change or a manipulation of the data inside the doe of the simulation! Those gut feeling s that may be telling us that the experiences of the game had changed for our character!
