The outright BAN ON HANDGUNS in the city of Chicago has been deemed UNCONSTITUTIONAL and the Supreme Court’s ruling came down in the same manner at the Heller case just 2 years ago.

The Second Amendment has been ruled on by the Court and is now the LAW OF THE LAND! As of now every city, county and state provision banning handguns outright is against the law and deemed Unconstitutional
