First, let's acknowledge that the website being linked here - http://www.whatdoesitmean.com/index1446.htm - does have a reported [by other credible sources] connection to some nefarious U.S. agencies.

However, invariably after something has been posted on the site, it tends to go viral elsewhere.

So let's assume that the subject of the article is correct.  What would that mean in general? and more importantly, what would it mean as to each country's sovereignty?

(Remember, on January 18 2011 - the same day Chinese President Hu arrived in the U.S. - OUR Supreme Court struck down the U.S. Constitution.  Might that have been done in preparation for the merger of the two countries?)
