In a previous article I wrote, it was found that Chat GPT could actually lie. Also that it could go to creative lengths to do so. AI is only as good as the programing that goes into it! Now government interference threatens to give China the upper hand in the use of AI which could turn out catastrophically for the US under crucial circumstances such as strategic capability! Why?
