(2)In the BC Constitutional, giving the people veto power over Victoria legislation, and workable recall.
(3) From the BC Constitutional power, renegotiating with Ottawa our provincial rights unlawfully invaded by the federal charter
THIS IS REAL CHANGE....
A change based on intense research and legal credibility---the 1,2,3, plan is the key to the 10 point platfrom designed to lead British Columbia into the 21st century.
