What happened on 911, and now in California, can happen anywhere... and it will be claimed to be an act of God. Good luck trying to convince a misguided person with blind religious convictions that this damage is caused by man-made Direct Energy Weapons, rather than by the hand of merciful, angry God.
Most people cannot even fathom the reality of man-made weather control, let alone the precision of directed power to destroy a home, a community, a State, or an entire Nation.
