...maybe it will come of use some day....

I got to thinking last night and I wrote something like this (comments/suggestions/etc. would be welcome):

Question: What do we need to really get this place going?

1. Researchers: I think we have that pretty well covered here, but another pair of eyes into the world never hurts.

2. Organizers/Planners: People who are good and bringing resources (people, materials, etc.) together and creating action lists to achieve common goals.

3. Tacticians: I'll do what I can here...

4. Signalers: After recently reading the Ham Radio group, this is "cooking nicely" already. More specifically however, this is more about imminent or ongoing physical confrontation. "One if by land, two if by sea."

5. "Kitchen" Chemists: Chemistry is a wonderful discipline and could be turned into a kitchen chemist given desire and the right information. However, becoming an actual chemist is a demanding and lengthy task impractical for our purposes here. More specifically, kitchen chemistry deals with knowing how to safely construct things that go BOOM! in the night using only materials found-- under the kitchen sink-- or at the local feed store (preferably without a signature).

6. Effective Camerapersons: For the sake of argument, the mainstream media is controlled. The internet (for the most part) is not. If it really came right down to it, successfully assaulting an AFV (Armored Fighting Vehicle) would truly be a home run. That being said...making a VIDEO of a few ragtag freedom fighters SUCCESSFULLY assaulting an AFV on US soil would be like the Cubs hitting a gran slam at Wriggly Field in the ninth with two outs. Then all we would have to do is sit and wait for the "monkey see, monkey do" effect to set in (while we/they keep fighting) :)

7. Geeks: The more the better....'nuff said.
